Heating Season Begins October 1: Get Help with Heating and Energy Bills Through WHEAP
October 1, 2025: Starting today, the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) is available to help eligible households manage their heating and electric bills throughout the colder months.
